My Mission

 

As an art therapist with a Gestalt approach and a painter, I believe that art is an intuitive, transformative language—a gateway to self-awareness, healing, and living fully in the present. My mission is to help individuals use art as a tool to explore their inner world, embrace the here and now, and gain clarity about their emotions, patterns, and experiences.

Drawing from both intuitive art practices and the healing power of creativity, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can release perfectionism, trust the process, and truly connect with yourself. Art therapy is not about creating something beautiful, but about being fully present with what emerges and allowing it to guide you toward deeper self-discovery and personal empowerment.

Inspired by the freedom of intuitive painting and the importance of self-care, I offer a space where art becomes a catalyst for transformation. It’s about observing your patterns, understanding your emotions, and using the creative process to embrace the present moment.

 

This practice is a journey of self-exploration, where you can take risks, express your emotions authentically, and build a deeper connection with yourself.

 

Art therapy is about the process, not the outcome—focusing on the here and now, where true healing and growth occur.

What is Gestalt Art Therapy?

Gestalt Art Therapy is a method of Psychotherapy that combines the transformative power of art with the experiential approach of Gestalt. It is not a drawing course, but a space of expressive freedom, where the creative process helps to give voice to hidden and held emotions to face the challenges of life with greater awareness.

Gestalt is based on awareness of the present and the integration of thoughts, emotions and body. Through direct experience and the creative process, it helps to recognize one's needs and live more authentically.
