Hi! I'm Monica

I’m Monica, originally from Mexico, with a background in painting, Gestalt counseling, and art therapy. I love painting because it allows me to connect with the deepest parts of myself and regain my well-being.

For this reason, my goal is to guide people on a journey of self-discovery through art. It’s not about creating works of art, but about using a language that goes beyond words— a space where one can freely express themselves and give shape to their emotions.

What do I do?

I offer individual and group Gestalt Art Therapy sessions, both in-person and online, for adults, adolescents, and children. I organize thematic workshops to develop emotional intelligence, enhance self-awareness, and promote well-being through artistic expression.

I speak Italian, Spanish, and English, providing sessions and workshops in all three languages, both in person and remotely.
